With this organizational change do we strengthen our profile－－-BONECO and PLASTON will put all focus on their own field, which allows us to drive the strategic development and brings the central positioning of BONECO healthy air into a sharp focus.

業(yè)務主體和法律關系不變，原有的業(yè)務關系和服務承諾保持不變。After the change of the name, the existing business subject and legal relationship, the business relationship and service commitment will remain the same.
公司營業(yè)地址不變。The contact address remains the same.

PLASTON集團組織架構 / Organization Structure PLASTON Group

PLASTON并列，在PLASTON集團統(tǒng)領下呈傘狀形態(tài)。The organizational change is to spin the healthy air business into an independent branch－－－BONECO, in parallel with of PLASTON, under the umbrella of PLASTON Group.
